At Acres Engineering Ltd we specialise in providing bespoke quality engineered products whilst designing for manufacture and assembly (DFMA).

Products are risk assessed at the design stage and the designs are produced in accordance with the appropriate European Standard (BS EN directives).

Our products are designed for safety, integration, standardisation, low maintenance, easy use and low cost life cycle.

We design, manufacture, assemble, load test and CE mark. We take care of any additional elements required for custom solutions, machines or small automation jobs, from CE marking and controls, to load testing & where needed we provide regular thorough examinations.

Although we focus on manufacturing custom solutions we continue providing a sub-contract parts and sub assembly service to our customer's own drawings and designs. We put a lot of emphasis on partnership and flexibility. That means that whatever the contract, we'll keep you in the loop… from initial consultation and CAD design, to prototyping and manufacturing in the quantities you need, when you need them. It's this approach that makes us a preferred supplier of leading names across a broad range of industries.
